Garage door rails twisted and the door stuck half open. Technician arrived during the scheduled time. Was efficient and polite. Did what he could to keep the costs down. Unfortunately I also had to replace the garage door opener. He showed me the cracked gear. All the work done was clearly explained why it was needed. Our garage door stopped operating, so we called this garage door repair firm, they arrived the next day to fix the door and had all the necessary parts on hand. Tension wires broke on my garage door. Called and team was able to arrange to have a tech out that afternoon. Excellent service! Thanks for your great service! Our door was rusted out on the sides and their technician was able to replace the necessary parts, including the bottom panel of the door so that now it works great! We called to have our garage door repaired. Tech called before he arrived, as we requested, and repaired and serviced our garage door. He was very friendly and did great work. Tech came by the house today, fixed up the door quickly, replacing the spring and noticing some fraying in one of the wires. He gave some good advice on what my next steps might be with replacing the opener as the unit is older unit. Great communication.
